- pick a time at least 30 minutes out to ensure that our tech has time to prep your testing kit and check your insurance eligibility.
- Make sure to complete the form. There are 6 parts, make sure to click confirm. This will show you the appointment and directions to the lab.

Please arrive at the scheduled time and park in one of Agile's reserved spaces behind the building. We will meet you in our parking lot to collect your sample for influenza or COVID-19 testing. You can stay in your car for the entire process. For urine drug screening, please call ahead for instructions.

Payment Options
Important Information for Those Without Health Insurance
Agile Biodetection can bill most insurance carriers, including Medicare, for COVID and flu testing.
Please contact us for private pay pricing, events, travel or employment. Private pay options are cash or credit card.

Funding through the CARES Act expired on March 22, 2022. If you are uninsured and having difficulty covering the cost of a test, please call us to discuss payment options. We are here to serve our community.

- COVID-19 Nucleic Acid Amplification Test:
Molecular diagnostic testing on a PCR machine that will detect all variants of interest and variants of concern, including Omicron. NOTE: Insurance does not cover testing for travel, employment, nor events. Please select the travel test, if you need results for travel outside the U.S or for an event. - COVID-19 Nucleic Acid Amplification Test + FLU A/B:
Molecular diagnostic testing for SARS-CoV-2 plus a rapid test to rule out influenza A and B - COVID-19 Antibody Test:
Checks for the presence of antibodies after vaccination or infection (this is NOT to diagnose a current infection) - Drug Screen Panel:
Detects the presence of 12 drugs of abuse in a urine sample (private pay only)
- Travel Testing: Travel testing is generally not covered by health insurance companies, so most travel testing will need to be private pay (cash or credit card). You can check with your insurance carrier to see if travel testing can be reimbursed.
We guarantee that travel test results will be available within 24 hours, and results are often available on the same day.
Additional Fees:
- Stat (rush testing within 4 hours) - may have an additional charge to cover labor and additional reagents.
- We can come to you in some cases. Contact us to see if we have a tech available to travel. There may be an additional charge to cover labor and milage.
We offer competitive pricing for travel testing, and our report has the QR code needed for travel to more restrictive locations like Egypt and the UAE.
FAQ: What about the laboratories that are advertising free travel testing?
A: We can only bill within the guidelines provided to us by the insurance carriers. Those offering free testing may have a larger volume and can write off a loose, Or they may be billing insurance against their guidelines.

Test Results
Test results will be available for secure retrieval from the patient portal powered by GoRev.Results will be available within 24 hours, and are often returned the same day.
