The link above will schedule your appointment and direct you to our Patient Portal (using GoRev). GoRev is a HIPAA-compliant patient portal that allows you to securely add your information (demographic and insurance) electronically and access your results and documentation related to testing.

Please arrive at the scheduled time and park in one of Agile's reserved spaces behind the building. We will meet you in our parking lot to collect your sample for influenza or COVID-19 testing. You can stay in your car for the entire process. For urine drug screening, please call ahead for instructions.

Payment Options

Agile Biodetection can bill most insurance carriers, including Medicare, for COVID and flu testing.

Please contact us for private pay pricing and travel pricing. Private pay options are cash or credit card.

Important Information for Those Without Health Insurance

Funding through the CARES Act expired on March 22, 2022. If you are uninsured and having difficulty covering the cost of a test, please call us to discuss payment options. We are here to serve our community.

Available Testing
We currently have the following tests available:

COVID-19 Nucleic Acid Amplification Test:
Molecular diagnostic testing that will detect all variants of interest and variants of concern, including Omicron. Please select the Travel test if you need results for travel outside the U.S.
COVID-19 Nucleic Acid Amplification Test + FLU A/B:
Molecular diagnostic testing for SARS-CoV-2 plus a rapid test to rule out influenza A and B
COVID-19 Antibody Test:
Checks for the presence of antibodies after vaccination or infection (this is NOT to diagnose a current infection)
Drug Screen Panel:
Detects the presence of 12 drugs of abuse in a urine sample (private pay only)

Travel Testing

Travel testing is generally not covered by health insurance companies, so most travel testing will need to be private pay (cash or credit card). You can check with your insurance carrier to see if travel testing can be reimbursed.

We guarantee that travel test results will be available within 24 hours, and results are often available the same day.

We offer competitive pricing for travel testing, and our report has the QR code needed for travel to more restrictive locations like Egypt and the UAE.

FAQ: What about the laboratories that are advertising free testing?

A: We can only bill within the guidelines provided to us by the insurance carriers. Those offering free testing may be committing insurance fraud.

*Please note: Our lab is not authorized to test for travel to Hawaii, China, or Japan at this time.

Test Results

Test results will be available for secure retrieval from the patient portal powered by GoRev.

Results will be available within 24 hours, and are often returned the same day.
